Not Sorry for Missing Work Ride

Start at the Lincoln Children’s Zoo parking lot on the SOUTH side of A Street. We will ride trails and side streets to 1893 Coffee & Cream, 6345 Havelock Ave. After a coffee break ride the David Murdock Trail out to 112th Street. For those who choose to ride an optional loop of gravel, ride north to Alvo, Fletcher, or Havelock Ave. west to 98th, then south and regroup at 98th and the Murdock trail. Ride 98th Street back to Lincoln to Honest Abes at 840 N 70th St. After lunch take the MoPac Trail to 402 Creamery in the Telegraph District, 330 S 21st Street, returning to the zoo after our ice cream. The ride distance is about 27 miles, including gravel to Alvo Rd. Please keep in mind we are riding limestone trails and a short section of gravel on 98th St. Casual pace, (no rider left behind), not a training ride.
